From Number Jugglers Math Game Book

Deal 5 cards to each player. Place the rest of the cards in a pile in the middle, number-side-down. Turn the top card over. That becomes the WIN card. Use your cards to try to make an equation that equals the WIN card. You must use at least 2 of your cards to make your equation. You may add, subtract, multiply or divide the number on your cards.

For the next round, deal another 5 cards to each player and then turn over the top card in the pile in the middle.

Note: Win It is the same as the simplified version of Krypto described at mathdelights.org/delights/5/27-simplified-krypto.
